I grew up in a suburb of Chicago and became intrigued with the visual arts at an early age. I always had a natural drive to create in one art form or another. This eventually progressed to my receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from Webster University, focusing in the areas of architecture, ceramics and painting. Two of my passions in life are traveling and painting. Through my travels I find inspiration in different landscapes and architecture I observe. My objective is to capture scenes and experiences and share their beauty and integrity through my artwork. My favorite mediums are watercolors and oils, occasionally I work in acrylics. Other projects include statue restorations. I currently instruct first, seventh and eighth grade art classes at Breese Elementary and group art classes from my home. |
